Shanty Town is an hard movie that tells a story how one can rise to prominence without minding the consequences of his/her actions.
It tells a story of a man that killed people and grabbed, he amassed more wealth to the extent he can come out to contest for gubernatorial election.
Along the he wanted to shut down all his illegal outlet which one of his foot soldier declined.
This created vacuum for the opposition to fit in and they make use of that to their advantage.
He was later captured and charged to court for his illegal activities he did in the past.
