They say you haven’t really lived until you have impacted humanity. A seasoned Nollywood actress, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, Queen Esther Chidebelu, brought this to the fore on Saturday, October 14th, as she launched her charity foundation with a soul-lifting outreach.
The Edo-born, kind-hearted woman, who rose through the ranks as a Nollywood movie producer, told her story of her tough upbringing and her burning desire to impact her immediate organisation at the official launch of her foundation, the CFC Charity Foundation.
The CFC Charity Foundation is founded on four pillars: food supply to the hungry, healthcare to the sick, empowerment for the needy, and basic education for indigent students. The first official outreach saw the delivery of food to hungry people within and around Surulere.
The CFC Foundation meets physically once a month at the Teslim Balogun Stadium and also holds weekly online meetings to share updates and relevant information with volunteers as well as people who are willing to sacrifice their time to help in general operations.
